For the Talented Young Writers of Al-Farabi University

ANNOUNCEMENT

If you are interested in  the art of words, hold a sacred pen in your hands, and engage  in literary creativity, and if you wish  your work to be published and to find its audience,  come to us  us!

 Auezov Literary Association is planning to publish an electronic collection of works by young poets and writers of Al-Farabi University. The submitted works will be read and analyzed during the association’s reader conferences.

Objective:

To promote the literary creativity of KazNU students, introduce and support young poets and writers. The selected works will be reviewed by the editorial team and be  published as an electronic book on the website of the Abai Research Institute. At the end of the year, the best works will be selected and awarded.

Submission Requirements:

          –        Works can be in any literary genre (poetry, short stories, novellas, essays, reviews, short plays, comics, etc.) and on any topic.

          –        Prose works must be at least 3 pages long.

          –        Each author may submit two works in different genres.

          –        Submissions must be previously unpublished.

          –        Authors must provide a brief biography along with a photo.

          –        Text format: Font: Times New Roman, Size: 14. Line spacing: 1. Margins: Top and bottom – 2 cm, Left – 3 cm, Right – 2 cm

          –        Submission deadline is  April 1, 2025
