A seminar-training on "Psychological Adaptation to the New Rhythm of Student Life" was held at the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation Studies of the Faculty of Philology. The event was conducted by psychological support specialist T. B. Turlykhozha. A total of 20 students participated in the training.
Student life is an essential stage in personal development and socialization. During the adaptation process, students face challenges such as academic workload, building new relationships, and self-organization. Considering these factors, the main objective of the seminar was to facilitate students' psychological adaptation, teach stress management techniques, and develop effective communication skills.

During the training, students were introduced to interactive methods aimed at easing adaptation and improving communication skills.
