Everyone has the right to receive information, as defined by labor legislation. Everyone's right to receive information, as defined by the Constitution and various legislative acts, and to familiarize themselves with working conditions must necessarily be realized. The legal mechanisms and ways of its implementation should be fixed in acts and documents adopted at the organizational level. The social function of labor law is not limited only to ensuring employment and labor protection. The main issue is the proper regulation and registration of industrial, socio-economic relations at the organizational level.

When adopting acts, orders, and the proper application of legislation, it is necessary to clearly define which legal norms are regulated publicly, and which are regulated collectively or individually. This principle is based on the goals and objectives of labor law that comply with international standards. One of the main requirements is to ensure safe working conditions for employees, as well as to protect the complex socio-economic rights and benefits of other individuals who participate in the labor process. In this regard, the requirements for free and complete access to information about the work environment and working conditions must be strictly observed.
