Scholar, Orientalist-Iranologist. In 1995, he graduated from the Iranian Studies Department of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at al-Farabi Kazakh National University, specializing as an "Orientalist-Historian".
2009–2015: Head of the Department of Social Sciences at the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy National Defense University.
2015–2017: Head of the Department of Iranian Studies at al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Since 2023: Deputy Director for External Relations at the Ch. Ch. Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology.
In 2003, he defended his Candidate of Sciences dissertation in World History: "Spiritual and Political Aspects of the Conquest of Iran by the Medieval Turks".
Author of more than 100 articles and reviews published in domestic and foreign publications.
