SDG-4: Practical session on the prevention of emotional burnout among students

A practical session aimed at developing self-reflection skills and preventing emotional burnout was held at the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology as part of efforts to promote students’ psychological well-being.
The session was attended by a small group of students, which ensured a trusting atmosphere and active participation from all attendees. The program introduced modern approaches to recognizing early signs of emotional strain, as well as practical strategies for self-support and restoring inner resources.
The format included interactive exercises, group discussions, and elements of the cognitive-behavioral approach. Special emphasis was placed on fostering constructive thinking, developing mindful awareness of one’s emotional state, and encouraging readiness to seek support when needed.
According to participant feedback, the session contributed not only to greater self-understanding but also motivated students to further strengthen their personal resilience in both academic and everyday contexts.
