On October 2, a training seminar was held at the library of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University as part of the "Everyone Matters" project aimed at promoting an inclusive environment.
The project is implemented with the support of the Youth Policy Department of Almaty city and includes monitoring the accessibility of facilities for people with disabilities, as well as training on the ethics of communication in an inclusive environment.
The seminar was organized by Al-Farabi KazNU. The Scientific and Practical Center "Inclusive Environment" at the university made a significant contribution to the organization and content of the event.

Seminar Expert — Bogdan Igorevich Dzhepka, a specialist in inclusion and the rights of people with disabilities.
The seminar was attended by lecturers and deputy deans of KazNU faculties, highlighting the university’s strong commitment to accessibility and inclusiveness in education.
During the seminar, key topics such as the principles of inclusive interaction, the barriers faced by people with disabilities, and the ethics of communication with them were discussed. Participants received practical recommendations on how to create a respectful and accessible environment for all. The event marked an important step in promoting inclusive values not only within the university, but also in society at large.
