On October 9, 2025, at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a seminar-training titled "Student’s Professional Motivation" was held as part of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: "Quality Education". The event was organized by the “Inclusive Environment” Scientific-Practical Center in collaboration with the University's Psychological Support Service.

The main goal of the seminar was to support students in their professional growth, enhance their personal motivation, and help them understand the mechanisms of internal and external motivation as future specialists. Active students of the Faculty of Law participated in the event and explored the importance and practical aspects of developing and managing professional motivation.

The seminar addressed the following key topics:

  • The concept of motivation and worldview, and their interrelation;

  • Characteristics and types of motivation (internal and external, positive and negative);

  • Methods for mastering and developing motivation;

  • Effective use of motivation in student life, the learning process, and future careers;

  • Scientific and psychological perspectives on motivation.

The seminar continued with a practical part, where students participated in interactive psychological training sessions and motivational group games. These activities helped students with self-discovery, identifying their internal motivators, and developing them in a productive direction. Participants shared their personal stories and experiences related to motivation.

Throughout the event, students gained valuable insights, useful information, and a boost in emotional well-being. Held in a friendly and positive atmosphere, the seminar helped students solidify their professional goals and take confident steps toward their future.

At the end of the event, participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers and emphasized the importance of regularly holding such events to support both personal and professional development.
