On October 10, 2025, at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a seminar-training titled «Mental Health in Student Professional Growth» was held as part of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: "Quality Education". The event was organized by the “Inclusive Environment” Scientific-Practical Center in collaboration with the University's Psychological Support Service.
The goal of the seminar-training was to strengthen students’ psychological health, develop emotional resilience skills, and help them understand the importance of mental well-being as future professionals. Active students of the Faculty of Law participated in the event, where they learned the basics of psychohygiene and techniques for maintaining inner balance.
The seminar covered the following key topics:

The concept of psychological health and its role in human life;

The relationship between psycho-emotional state and academic motivation;

Main signs of emotional burnout and ways to prevent it;

Methods of self-regulation, relaxation, and stress prevention;

The importance of maintaining mental well-being and psychohygiene in student and professional life.
The practical part of the seminar included interactive psychological exercises, relaxation techniques, and group discussions. These activities promoted self-awareness, emotional understanding, identification of stress factors, and finding effective coping strategies. Students shared their personal experiences of overcoming psychological challenges and explained how they care for their inner state.
Participants gained valuable insights, motivation for self-care, and new tools to support their mental well-being. The seminar was held in a warm and supportive atmosphere, which encouraged openness and improved mutual understanding among the participants.
At the end, the participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers and emphasized the importance of regularly holding such events to support students’ psychological health and personal growth.
