The Constitution gave equal rights to representatives of all ethnic groups and religions and created a tolerant and harmonious society that respects each other. The way of life of today's Kazakhstanis, based on peace and understanding, is a vivid reflection of these constitutional values. At the same time, the Constitution clarifies the state status of the Kazakh language, preserves national identity, and lays a solid foundation for the development of spirituality and culture of the nation.

Three branches of state power – the legislative, executive and judicial system – carry out all their activities on the basis of the Constitution. This principle has preserved the mutual balance of power structures in the country and opened a wide field for the development of democratic institutions. The political reforms and constitutional changes carried out in recent years have clearly separated responsibility and authority between the branches of government and opened the way for citizens to actively intervene in the process of state decision-making. The modernization of the electoral system, the simplification of party registration requirements, and the strengthening of local self-government mechanisms are clear evidence of this. The institution of public councils and civil initiatives received a new impetus and made it possible to strengthen the open dialogue between the people and the authorities. The Constitution is not only a legal framework, it has become a spiritual guide that determines the strategic direction of the country's development. Its norms gave impetus to the beginning of economic reforms and paved the way for the development of free enterprise and fair competition. Today, Kazakhstan's stable legal environment and the rule of law are reliable guarantees for foreign investors.

The establishment of market relations, the expansion of mechanisms to support small and medium – sized businesses, the preference for a "green" economy and creative industries are all the result of the balance of freedom and responsibility defined by the Basic Law. Thus, the Constitution provides not only a legal orientation to the state and society, but also a strategic map of long-term prosperity and Justice, stability and modernization.

At the same time, the Basic Law is the main document defining the core of the country's social development. The norms enshrined in it are aimed at ensuring equal and fair access to quality services in the fields of Education, Science, Health and culture. One of the main moral principles of our Constitution is to allow every citizen, especially the younger generation, to receive education, develop comprehensively, reveal their abilities and develop as a person useful to society. Modernization in the field of education, the expansion of online learning systems within the framework of the Digital Kazakhstan program, the access of the internet and IT classes to rural settlements are a practical reflection of these constitutional norms. In addition, the state program "Densaulyk", which provides for the availability of medical services, the system of compulsory social health insurance are initiatives implemented on the basis of the Constitution.

In the direction of the development of culture and science, the goals defined in the Constitution are supported by specific measures. For example, through the Rukhani zhangyru program, a lot of work is being done to preserve and modernize our native culture, language, traditions. Grants "Жас ғалым" and the system of financing scientific and innovative projects aimed at supporting young scientists also serve to strengthen the intellectual potential of the country.

Today Kazakhstan is at the height of a new historical era. The political modernization initiated by the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is an important step towards adapting the Constitution to the requirements of modern society. The formula "Strong President – influential Parliament – accountable government" is aimed at increasing the transparency, efficiency and responsibility of the political system to the people. As part of the constitutional reform, local self-government institutions were developed, elections of mayors were introduced, political activity of citizens increased, and the mechanism of public control and responsibility was strengthened. Thus, the Constitution clearly proves that the law is a living mechanism that adapts to the dynamic development of society and echoes the fate of the country. It transformed in accordance with the requirements of the time and became an unshakable pillar of the state, deepening democratic values. Today Kazakhstan is a state of law, where the rights of its citizens are protected, opinions are taken into account, and prospects are clear. All this indicates the viability of our Constitution and its transformation into a real national good.

Thus, over the past thirty years, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan has become a solid platform for stability and prosperity in all spheres of society. It is the most important value that ensures the unity of the people, the integrity of our state, the rights and freedoms of citizens. Respect for the Constitution is not only the duty of every citizen of Kazakhstan, but also a manifestation of confidence and responsibility for the future. It is a sacred duty to honor and cherish it, which opens the way to the perfect future of our state and the bright life of the younger generation.
