Interactive Lesson within the Framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 3 “Good Health and Well-Being”
On October 30, 2025, the lecturer of the Department of Russian Philology and World Literature, Arailym Nurlankyzy Spanbek, together with the first-year students majoring in “6B08402 – Aquaculture and Aquatic Biological Resources”, conducted an interactive lesson within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal No. 3 “Good Health and Well-Being.”
The purpose of the event was to promote the students’ awareness of health as a key life value and to develop their understanding of the interconnection between physical, psychological, and social well-being.
The lesson was held in an interactive format, allowing each student to show initiative and creativity.
- The participants prepared mind maps illustrating the main aspects of a healthy lifestyle;
- Some students developed step-by-step guides on how to give up bad habits;
- Others presented crosswords and creative tasks related to health;
- There were also short presentations on social and psychological health, where students discussed the importance of inner balance and positive thinking.
The event contributed to raising students’ awareness of healthy living, developing communication and analytical skills, and fostering personal responsibility for one’s well-being.
The session took place in an atmosphere of engagement and mutual respect, highlighting the importance of a healthy lifestyle as an integral part of sustainable social development.
