Training of highly qualified scientific and teaching personnel in the field of Russian philology, as well as managerial personnel in the education system: researcher, teacher of a higher educational institution, head of innovative development, editor-in-chief of a newspaper, magazine

LO1 Conduct a comprehensive process of scientific research in the field of Russian philology within the framework of modern scientific paradigms and research technologies and techniques that provide original and reliable results.
LO2 Manage and/or take part in the implementation of research works and projects in the field of Russian philology, including interdisciplinary ones, with the subsequent commercialization of research results.
LO3 Prepare for publication scientific documentation, scientific articles that meet the requirements of the Committee for Control in Education and Science, as well as journals included in the international databases Thomson-Reuters, Scopus, etc.
LO4 Conduct training sessions in philological disciplines at the university, taking into account the principles of student-centered learning and assessment.
LO5 Carry out scientific and methodological support for the educational process in philological disciplines based on the integration of education, science and innovation.
LO6 To carry out the socialization of students, relying on knowledge of pedagogical deontology and the principles of anti-corruption activities.
LO7 Form an innovation policy, strategy, organizational structure of innovative projects in the field of science, education, and the media.
LO8 Manage innovative, scientific and creative projects based on critical analysis of various situations and information obtained from various sources.
LO9 Carry out correct, tolerant and effective written and oral communication with the professional community, with stakeholders and with all interested parties in order to coordinate interests and achieve goals.
