The purpose of the educational program. Upon completion of this program, it is expected that master students will be able to
1. To integrate knowledge of a foreign language, management and management psychology in the context of scientific knowledge of management in the healthcare system.

3. Use information software products and statistical methods to collect and systematize data in order to make informed conclusions for the effective management of healthcare organizations.
4. Be able and systematically apply knowledge to analyze the external and internal expert assessment of the organization's activities, timely inform stakeholders about emerging systemic problems.
5. To carry out independent scientific research in the field of Healthcare management with an assessment of medical technologies for clinical effectiveness and safety, economic efficiency to reduce the losses of society from morbidity, disability and mortality.
6. To carry out a legal analysis of the activities of a healthcare organization in order to comply with the current procedure for quality control of medical care
7. Use interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of the economic fundamentals of organizational behavior in customer service to respond to the diverse needs of customers, their family members and medical staff.
8. Diagnose the state of corporate finances, record and analyze the income and expenses of a medical organization in modern business conditions and the introduction of insurance medicine.
