Baizakova Kuralai Irtysovna
Director of the Institute of Security and Cooperation Problems .He is one of the leading experts in the field of international relations and foreign policy of Kazakhstan. Her research interests include issues of French foreign policy in the context of European integration, problems of regional integration and regional security in the context of studying experience for Central Asian countries.Baizakova K.I. participated in more than 200 international and regional conferences held in foreign countries on regional and international security issues and other topical issues of modern international relations.
As a well-known specialist in the field of international relations, K.I. Baizakova was invited to lecture at French universities - the R. Schumann University of Strasbourg, the University of Le Havre. On her initiative, the faculty develops international cooperation with foreign universities in France, Germany, Russia, India, etc.
Since 2002, Baizakova has been the Director of the European Information Center at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2006, on the initiative of K.I. Baizakova, the first Resource and Information Center on NATO in Central Asia was opened at the Faculty of International Relations
In 2006 and 2011, she won the grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "The Best teacher of the Year".
