The purpose of the CENTER's activity is the search and development of medicines, devices and methods for restoring patency of arterial and venous vessels, their patenting, commercialization and sale of products to consumers at a high professional level that meets modern requirements and trends emerging in the market.
The objectives of the CENTER are:
– development of the direction, carrying out research work, together with the preparation of educational and methodological material related to diseases of arterial and venous vessels;
– development of international cooperation within the competence of the CENTER, in order to conduct general research, prepare and publish scientific articles in rating publications indexed in the international databases Scopus and/or Web of Science;
– the use of the obtained research results for the introduction and development of new products necessary to solve the global health problem – vascular pathology by conducting comprehensive, interdisciplinary research based on innovative ideas, the production of products that have no analogues in the world, with high functionality and efficiency, constituting high competitiveness and added value;

– preparation of necessary materials, equipment and creation of conditions for the work of the CENTER on the basis of the work performed;
– creation of laboratory conditions for the practical training of students, undergraduates and doctoral students;
– participation in scientific conferences, round tables, contests, exhibitions and other events;
– development of goals and strategies for activities in the domestic and foreign markets together with other departments of the University;
– participation in competitions for the financing of fundamental and applied programs, including at the expense of the republican and local budgets, international organizations and foundations, contractual works;
