A key element of sustainable development is ensuring a healthy life and improving the well-being of people of all ages. As part of their pedagogical practice, doctoral students of the Department of Chemical Physics and Materials Science held an open educational hour for 4th-year students on the topic “Healthy Lifestyle - the Key to a Bright Future” on November 27, 2025. In their presentations, the doctoral students provided information about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, the role of sports and psychological balance.
