SDG 4. "Psychology of communication: proper listening and understanding"

A curatorial hour was held among the students at the Department of Pre-University Education of the Faculty of Pre-University Education on the topic: "Psychology of communication: proper listening and understanding." The main purpose of the event was to develop students' skills of proper communication with each other, improve their ability to listen and understand, as well as consider the psychological characteristics of interpersonal communication. During the curatorial hour, the types of communication and methods of effective listening were explained to the students. There was also an opportunity to exchange views through various practical situations. The participants discussed how listening affects the quality of communication, the main causes of misunderstandings, and the meaning of empathy.
