At the Department of Pre–university Education of the Faculty of Pre-University Education, a curatorial hour was held among the students on the topic "40 Books Close to My" on the basis of the challenge "40 years - 40 books".
The main purpose of the event was to make the audience aware of the importance of reading, expand their spiritual and cultural worldview, increase interest in literature and form culture.
During the curatorial hour, the audience shared books that had a special impact on them, reflected on their vital importance and upbringing. Each listener made a short presentation about their favorite work and read an excerpt from this book.
The curatorial hour contributed to the formation of a literary environment, the development of linguistic affluence and the thinking of listeners. In addition, thanks to the mutual exchange of opinions between the listeners, the desire and motivation for the book world increased.
"A book is a source of knowledge, knowledge is the light of life," says our wise people. In nobility, a Book is a Mirror of the human soul, a ray of consciousness, food for the heart and mind. He is a silent teacher, an obedient friend, and a calm teacher. By reading the book, he communicates with history, becomes filled with knowledge, and learns the wonders of the universe. A person becomes more attentive by reading books. Each book is a separate world. From one you will recognize yourself, from one you will understand life, from the other you will find solace. Some of you will write down your wound, some will lift you up, and some will just give you peace of mind and reformulate your outlook on life.
