SDG – 4: Psychological Event for First-Year Students on Burnout Prevention
A psychological event for first-year students was held at the university, aimed at preventing emotional burnout during the pre-examination period.

The event was conducted by psychologists from the University Psychological Service. The session addressed key challenges faced by first-year students, including adaptation to academic demands, increased stress levels, emotional tension, and anxiety before examinations.

Special attention was given to developing self-regulation skills, managing emotional well-being, maintaining academic motivation, and preserving psychological resources during periods of
increased academic workload.
The event contributed to enhancing students’ psychological resilience and promoting a supportive and health-oriented educational environment.
