First-year students of Group 105 of the Faculty of Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University organized an educational trip dedicated to Sustainable Development Goal 13 — Climate Action. As a group, we visited the EcoHub Center, where we observed firsthand how natural products are made and how they affect the climate, and received valuable insights from experts.
EcoHub specialists explained the principles of zero-waste production, the use of environmentally friendly materials, and how reducing pressure on the climate is possible through changes in consumption culture. Observing each stage of natural product manufacturing, aimed at minimizing harm to the environment, gave us much to reflect on.
This experience encouraged us to deeply realize the importance of environmental protection and motivated us to develop eco-conscious habits in our daily lives. Such initiatives help law students cultivate a sense of environmental responsibility and adopt a conscious and sustainable lifestyle.
