SDG 4, 16. Information Analysis and Protection Against Fake News

In today’s digital world, the flow of information is growing rapidly, making critical evaluation of information essential for sustainable social development. This topic aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).

Information analysis enables individuals to distinguish reliable sources from fake news and protects society from manipulation and misinformation. During the session, participants were provided with explanations on how to verify information, rely on official sources, and apply critical thinking skills.
