On March 27, the Faculty of History hosted an environmental challenge titled "1 Hour – Pure Nature" in Room 402. This initiative was dedicated to the upcoming "Earth Hour," which is celebrated globally on March 28.
The event aimed to raise ecological awareness among students and staff, emphasizing the importance of sustainable living. Historians know better than anyone how human actions shape the world, and this challenge was a call to ensure that our environmental legacy is a positive one.
During the session, participants engaged in discussions about "green" habits, such as reducing plastic waste and saving energy. The challenge focused on a practical "cleanup" – both in the physical classroom environment and in the digital space by deleting unnecessary data to reduce server energy consumption.
By dedicating this hour to nature, the Faculty of History demonstrated that even small, collective steps can lead to significant global changes. Let’s keep our planet clean and green together!
