From 17 to 19 March 2021, the 51st International Scientific and Methodological Conference «ASSESSMENT OF EXPECTED RESULTS OF TRAINING ON EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND TRAINING DISCIPLINES IN THE CONTEXT OF COMPETITIVE COMPETITION»
The purpose of the conference is to exchange experience on the methodological concept of assessing learning outcomes as a system of competencies that form the content of educational programs and professional qualifications of graduates.
The scientific basis for the development of a methodological concept for assessing learning outcomes:
- scientific approaches: personality-oriented, activity-oriented, integrated in the development of assessment tools for the academic discipline;
- principles: student-centeredness, differentiation, interdisciplinarity of lifelong learning in the development of assessment tools for the academic discipline;
- types of objects of control and their relevance to qualification requirements (National system of qualifications: NQF, ORK, PS);
- design and design of situations of professional activity in order to check the formed competencies during the final control.
Objectives of the conference:
- development of the basis for the methodology of theory and practice of formulation;
- achievement and assessment of learning outcomes in the implementation of the educational program.
The main directions of the conference:
- Formulation of learning outcomes in educational programs and academic disciplines as a synthesis of conceptual and procedural knowledge necessary for the formation of systemic competencies;
- The system of elements for assessing learning outcomes for educational programs and academic disciplines: standards, norms and procedures for levels of education;
- Innovative assessment tools: portfolio, midterm certification tests, case-measuring instruments, tests of practical skills, questionnaires, interviews, etc .;
- Transparency of planning procedures, organization and control of students' independent work;
- Gradation of the levels of complexity of the final control materials and the correct formulation of examination tasks, focused on assessing the formation of competencies, depending on the level of education;
- Systems for assessing and monitoring the formation of competencies during the period of professional practice with the participation of external experts - employers;
- Group and mutual evaluations: students reviewing each other's works; students opposing essays, projects, expert assessments by groups consisting of students, teachers, employers, etc .;
- Monitoring system for the passage of professional practices: content, planning, evaluation.
