On April 2, 2021, the Department of Chinese Studies of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Northwestern University in Xi'an, China, jointly held an international student fair "Online Admissions Seminar for the 2021 Academic Year".The online event was attended by responsible teachers and students from two universities.At the fair, teachers from Xi'an West-North University spoke about a brief history of Xi'an, the general history of the university, the faculty, educational potential, material resources, international relations, conditions and opportunities for foreign students.Teachers and students of the Department of Sinology had an interesting exchange of views, asking questions on issues of interest to them. At the end of the fair, teachers and students of the two sides agreed on the further development of relations between the two universities at a high level, the exchange of students and the exchange of experience in the educational process.
