Congratulations to the winners of the International Student Olympiad

  Congratulations to the 2nd year students of the Department of Fundamental Medicine with a successful performance at the International Student Olympiad, organized by KazNMU named after. S.D. Asfendiyarov.
            More than 10 universities participated in the Olympiad, 7 sections worked: "Pharmacology", "Biochemistry", "Immunology", "Bioethics", "Medical Genetics", "Russian Language" and "Microbiology, Virology".

            The section "Immunology" was attended by 93 students from KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov (Kazakhstan), KazNU named after Al-Farabi (Kazakhstan), SSMU named after V.I. Razumovsky (Russia), Asian Medical Institute named after S. Tentishev (Kyrgyzstan).
            SSMU named after V.I. Razumovsky (Russia) was represented by 3rd year students of the Faculty of Medicine, KazNU. al-Farabi - 2nd year students of the Department of Fundamental Medicine, KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov and the Asian Medical Institute named after S.Tentishev - 3rd year students of the OM.

The Olympiad consisted of 2 stages:
Stage I - testing / 50 tests. The tests were run in GoogleForms.
Stage II - the solution of a situational problem in writing on the diskaznmu.kz platform with the provision of a login and password to all participants.
            The jury of the Olympiad included representatives from specialized departments: clinical immunology and allergology, SSMU named after V.I. Razumovsky (Russia) and the Department of General Immunology of KazNMU named after. S.D. Asfendiyarov.

          The competitive commission consisting of the chairman - head of the department Bitanova E.Zh., members - professor Tarabaeva A.S., head of the department of clinical immunology and allergology of the Saratov State Medical University named after V.I. Razumovsky Astafieva N.G. not only the accuracy of answers to tasks was assessed, but also the ability to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in solving situational problems, quick wit and critical thinking. The winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad were determined by taking into account the total number of points based on the results of completed competitive tasks, the accuracy and completeness of answers to questions.

          The honorary 1st place was awarded to Kulzhabai Anel Kairatkyzy (KazNU named after al-Farabi), who flawlessly completed all the tasks received in the shortest possible time (resume of Professor SSMU named after V.I. Razumovsky (Russia)
            The honorable II place was shared by Karbaeva Radana Olegovna and Ismailova Aidana Askarovna (KazNU named after al-Farabi), who not only correctly answered the questions of the situational task, but also convincingly argued their positions from a scientific point of view (summary of the professor of SSMU named after V.I. Razumovsky (Russia).

            The third place was won by students of SSMU named after V.I. Razumovsky (Russia): Sabina Adilgereeva, Daria Katasonova and Sergey Oganesyan.
