Hard & Soft Skills for a successful career as an economist

From September 1 to September 9, 2022, an orientation week of acquaintance with Al-Farabi Kazakh National University for first-year students of the specialty "Digital Economics" and "Economics" of the Higher School of Economics and Business has passed.. New students received detailed information about their university, the credit system, as well as the internal regulations of the academic building. Leadership lectures were also held from leading scientists and practitioners on topics such as "Hard & Soft Skills for a successful career as an economist." A meeting was organized with the senior adviser of the Department of Economics on preparation for classes and questions about the student's code of honor were discussed. And of course, a campus tour aroundthe university was organized. Students listened to interesting presentations about the education system, student clubs and much more about student life itself.
