Student of Department of Chinese Studies Jiao Leyao participated in the forum

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Department of Chinese Studies, 4th-year student Jiao Leyao, who is major in Translation Studies participated in the forum "China-Central Asia Civic Friendship Forum: Education and Youth Exchange" held on September 27 in Xi'an, China.

Made a report on behalf of foreign students of our university. In her speech, Jiao Leyao emphasized that the ancient Great Silk Road in history was a symbolic bridge of cooperation in political, economic and cultural exchanges between East and West, and the Belt and Road today is not only a path of peace and trade, but also a channel of culture and talent exchange.  She also spoke about the special features of studying in Kazakhstan and expressed her gratitude to the International Integration Foundation of Kazakhstan for the opportunity to participate in this forum.
