international event with the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan

On March 1, 2023, the faculty of the Department of Business Technologies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University held a joint international event with the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan on the topic: "Popularization of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals among the youth of Central Asia". Students in their reports voiced problems in the field of sustainable development of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. In particular, the problems of education development, quality of education, unemployment, ecology, issues of employment and youth employment in Central Asian countries. At the round table, the students exchanged views, as well as made proposals for further improvement of the socio-economic situation in the Central Asian countries, and the students decided to continue cooperation in the field of SDGs and other important areas of activity.
