Head of the Advanced Engineering School of SPbPU "Digital Engineering" Alexey Borovkov visited the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics

     On May 26-27, SPbPU Vice-Rector for Digital Transformation, Head of the Advanced Engineering School of SPbPU "Digital Engineering" Alexey Borovkov visited Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

      The program of the visit to KazNU named after Al-Farabi included a visit to the Research Center for Medicinal Plants and the Science and Technology Park. Alexey Borovkov was also introduced to the activities of the leading faculties of the university. Dean of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of KazNU Ualikhan Abdibekov showed the laboratory of fluid and gas mechanics, and the dean of the Faculty of Physics and Technology Nurzada Beisen gave a tour of the laboratories of engineering profile, plasma physics.

     Alexey Borovkov met with teachers, graduate students and students of the university and held an open lecture on advanced digital and manufacturing technologies. Asel Uvalieva, Vice-Rector for Operations at the University, thanked Alexey Borovkov for agreeing to speak.
