Review of a student of KazNU Tan Menien.
I am a graduate student majoring in law at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Kazakhstan. Since 2015, I have been studying at the national university from preparatory courses to undergraduate and graduate programs, and I am proud of my alma mater. It is the highest educational institution in Kazakhstan and is well-known throughout the world. It is a great honor for me to have the opportunity to study at the national university. The campus environment is beautiful and spacious, and the main campus is located on Al-Farabi Avenue, No. 71, in Almaty. We have a strong faculty team with about 20,000 students. When we were in the preparatory courses, the teachers always encouraged and praised us even if we made grammar mistakes, and patiently corrected us. The teachers also take pride in their students, always with a happy expression when talking about their students. When we started the undergraduate program, the teachers of various departments cared for and encouraged us, and acknowledged our hard work. In the pursuit of knowledge, they guided us patiently to think and express our ideas, and listened patiently to our different views and ideas as foreign students. As I spent more and more time studying in Kazakhstan, I realized that my understanding of this beautiful country, especially its laws, is still too shallow. With the development of the Belt and Road Initiative, I believe that China and Kazakhstan will have more exchanges and cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, tourism, and education, and there will be more communication between the people of the two countries. More and more people in Kazakhstan will learn about Chinese civilization and modern achievements, and more and more Chinese people will also learn about this charming, horseback grassland kingdom called Kazakhstan. I believe that in the near future, more and more Chinese international students will come to study at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Kazakhstan.
