Higher educational institution needs to create conditions for fostering these qualities, as well as to suppress all factors of delinquency," the speaker emphasized in the lecture. The number of criminal offenses in the field of education, according to the lecturer, is not decreasing. In the republic this year revealed 125 crimes (80% - embezzlement of budget funds, the remaining 20% - taking bribes), the damage amounted to more than 8 billion tg. In this regard, the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption has taken a number of comprehensive measures.
