Consul General of Turkey in Almaty visited KazNU

     Chairman of the Board-Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev met with Consul General of Turkey in Almaty Evren Muderrisogl.

During the meeting the head of the university informed the guest of honor about the achievements and future plans of KazNU. In his speech, the rector noted that the ties between KazNU and Turkish universities are dynamically developing.

"Cooperation between the two brotherly states is successfully developing in all spheres. Including in the field of science and education. Currently, Al-Farabi KazNU cooperates with 45 universities in Turkey. Every year within the framework of the program of academic mobility teachers and students undergo internship. To date, various conferences, symposiums and meetings have been held jointly with universities of Turkey. I am sure that this work will be continued in the future," the rector said.

In turn, Consul General of Turkey in Almaty Evren Muderrisoglu drew attention to the need to further strengthen bilateral relations at a high level.
