The results of the introductions were also summed up and the resolution was announced:
“It is important to understand what stage of development New Kazakhstan is at, what forms of social partnership are most in demand and work successfully, what difficulties participants face and how they overcome them. This will give impetus to the spread of technologies and practices that will solve the most pressing problems that no one sector of society, not even the government, can cope with alone, especially given the current economic situation.
Social partnership helps improve the quality of education, however, without a competent legal settlement of the issue, the quality that was declared may be at risk. That is, despite all the positive features of social partnership, its effectiveness depends on legal regulation.
The management of the partner university, as a token of gratitude for our educational partnership, was presented with a textbook “History of Political and Legal Doctrines” in the state and Russian languages by the author, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Rights, Faculty of Law KazNU named after. al-Farabi Kalisheva N.H., published in the printing house “Kazakh University” in 2021-2023.
