October 11, 2023 at 900 o'clock  Under the guidance of an associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Accounting Kerimbek Galymzhan group k-2 students of the 4th year of the educational program «Finance» conducted a practical lesson on the subject «Stock business». In any century, the development of the country is assessed by the level of well-being of the indigenous population. Speaking about the high level of human well-being, we, of course, imagine a country with a developed economy and a high level of income of the population. To improve the welfare of the country, the population should be provided with high-quality education. The 4th Sustainable Development Goal «Quality education». Scientists of Al-Farabi University also contribute to this direction.

The purpose of the lesson -in addition to explaining the topic to students with the help of various games, tasks, recall past topics and evaluate the determination and intelligence of students.

The students were divided equally into groups «Dealer» and «Broker», and competed with each other.

The tasks consisted of 6 rounds.

1st round. «Guess the hidden word». Tables are distributed to each group,  the cells of which are filled with different letters. Students should identify the terms among the cells and give them a definition. For each found and correctly formulated term, 10 points are given.

2nd round. «Questions in a glass». There are 40 glasses with questions inside on the floor. 3 participants come out of each group. Students blindfold and walk through the field with glasses. If the student passes and does not knock down the glasses, then he gets 50 points. If a participant knocks down glasses, he answers questions in them, and the maximum 50 points are distributed according to the number of glasses knocked down by the students. For example, if a student knocked down 3 glasses, then he answers 3 questions, respectively, each answer is estimated at 16,16,18 points. In addition, such bonuses as «+10 points» or «-10 points» are hidden in the glasses.

3rd round. Test. Each group is given tests consisting of 15 questions. If all the answers are correct, each group is assigned 150 points.

4th round. Accordance. Students must assemble a pyromide-like figure by finding terms and their corresponding definition. For each correct matching, groups receive 10 points.

Round 5. Case. Both groups are given a situational question and a task. The answer of the case is discussed, the way of solving the problem and the final answer are checked. If everything is correct, 100 points are awarded to each group.

Round 6. Find the word. The teams take turns going to the board. The commander of the group randomly selects a term among the cut papers, and with the help of a definition, as well as various keywords, makes a term for the rest of the participants. It is forbidden to use word translations and root words in the game. Each group is given 3 minutes, 10 points are given for each correctly guessed term. Accordingly, the group that guesses more words gets more points.

Conclusion. Both groups actively participated in all rounds of the game. According to the results of all competitions, the Broker team won with 780 points. The Dealer team scored 760 points
