World development and "limits of growth" in the XXI century: modeling and forecast

At the І International Scientific Conference "New Way of Decarbonization of Economy (KZGT-2023)", which was held at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, chief researcher of the Institute of Mathematical Research of Complex Systems at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Askar Akayev delivered a report on "World development and "limits of growth" in the XXI century: modeling and forecast". We present to your attention the report of Askar Akayev, which, in particular, states: 
"The double adoption of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG-17) until 2030 together with the Paris Climate Agreement in 2015 represents a turning point in history (recognizing the unrealistic achievement of the SDGs by 2030, world leaders have already moved the deadline for their achievement to 2050 with clarifications)".
