On November 21, 2023, at 11 o'clock, an open seminar was held in the 329 auditorium on the topic "The legal regime of industrial lands, transport, communications, for the needs of space activities, defense, national security and other non-agricultural purposes". The seminar was conducted by the senior lecturer of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, PhD, Yerezhepkyzy Rosa. The seminar was attended by teachers of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Kalymbek Bakytzhan, senior lecturer Ainash Akimsalovna Esekeeva.
During the seminar, students got acquainted with the peculiarities of the legal regime of industrial lands, transport, communications, for the needs of space activities, defense, national security and other non-agricultural purposes. Land is a fundamental resource for ensuring universal prosperity and well-being. The seminar highlighted the issues of sustainable land management, which is one of the key actions to achieve the goals of the SDGs set by the UN, namely, Goals 3, Goals 6, Goals 9, Goals 11, Goals 12, Goals 16.
