Results of the scientific seminar on the topic: "Youth Employment"
On November 27, 2023 at 14.00, the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law, as part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, held a scientific seminar on the topic “Youth Employment.” The speaker of this event was Art. teacher Khudayberdina G.A.
Khudayberdina G.A. presented an analysis of the current situation in the labor market for young people, identified the main problems faced by graduates, and offered practical recommendations for successful employment. The main issues that were raised at the seminar included several aspects:
1 Current situation on the labor market for young people. The emphasis was placed on the features that young professionals face when looking for work. This included issues related to lack of experience, non-compliance with employers' requirements, etc.
2 Legal aspects of youth employment. Khudayberdina G.A. reviewed key regulations governing labor relations, and also identified possible legal problems faced by young workers.
3Recommendations for successful employment. The speaker and teaching staff of the department shared practical tips and recommendations for young people on preparing for employment, writing a resume, successfully passing interviews and creating a favorable startup in the professional field.
The seminar was an excellent opportunity for participants to exchange experiences, express their opinions and discuss the prospects for youth development in the labor market. The event also contributed to strengthening interaction between students and teachers, creating a conducive learning and research environment.
