THE PRESIDENT'S INTERVIEW IS THE BEGINNING OF PROSPERITY

26 january, 2024

On the interview of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev on January 03, 2024 on the topic "we, as an advanced nation, should look only forward", Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, associate professor of the Department of Finance and accounting, candidate of Economic Sciences Kerimbek Galymzhan Eskarayevich wrote an article in the Almaty akshamy newspaper No. 3 dated January 15, 2024 on the topic "the beginning of prosperity", and analyzed the economic effectiveness of the President's policy.
Every citizen of a sovereign country should support the President's policy and perform the most honest service on the principle "What Can I give to the state" instead of "what the state gives me". In the issue of the Almaty akshamy newspaper dated December 23, 2023 No. 153-154, my interview with correspondent Dosbol Atajan was published on the topic: "Tax Service: this body should be given a special status, as it is considered the main source of income of the state." In this interview, in connection with the instruction of our president "it is necessary to develop a new tax code", I analyzed the tax policy of the country as an economist-expert on the basis of Economic Analysis.
Improving the efficiency of Tax Policy and tax mechanism in Kazakhstan is very important for the economic development of the country. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to simplify the tax code, digitalize tax administration, strengthen tax control, form a "tax culture" in the taxpayer, increase the level of knowledge of the taxpayer, increase transparency in tax policy, activate harmony between state institutions, and improve the optimization of tax types. Several activities are being carried out in this direction. We hope that in the new year 2024, on the initiative of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev and with the support of the general population, many significant programs for the prosperity of our country will be implemented and effective measures will be implemented," he commented.
