On January 30, 2024, a guest leadership lecture dedicated to the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Kazakh National University was held in the large lecture hall of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in pursuance of the Sustainable Development Goals "Quality Education for All", "Peace, Justice and effective Institutions" of the United Nations named after al-Farabi, on the topic: "The implementation of judicial power: the prosecutor sends the materials of the criminal case to the court, the case is considered in court."
At the lecture, Malikova A.Sh. - chairman of the district court No.2 Medeu district of Almaty, head of the department of the Medeu district Prosecutor's Office Kulanbayev E.T., Deputy head of the Medeu district police Department Tashev A.O.
At the Q&A event, topical issues of the implementation of criminal policy, administration of justice, combating crime, admission to public service in judicial and law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan were discussed.
The invited guest lecturers, expressing gratitude, thanked the head of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Doctor of Law, Professor R.E. Dzhansarayeva for her leadership in organizing an interesting and significant leadership lecture, wished creative success to the teaching staff and high academic achievements to students.
