Issues of sustainable development were discussed at the round table

(HSEB, al-Farabi KazNU) in collaboration with the research group of the project«The Triune Concept of Sustainable Development(ESG): business interests in the context of balanced regional development» hold international round tableon "Sustainable development through the prism of corporate, environmental and social responsibility: today and tomorrow".

International experts from the USA, Great Britain, Poland, Finland, Russia, as well as Kazakh scientistsand practitioners exchanged research results anddiscussed best practices in the field of corporateresponsibility, considered the impact of environmentaland social programs on business and society, as well ason the formation of strategies to improve thesustainable development of countries.

During the round table, the most important factorsinfluencing the responsibility of business within theframework of ESG standards to achieve theSustainable Development Goals were discussed andidentified. The results of the discussion were addressedto business representatives, state and local authorities, and the scientific community.
