A round table on the topic "Prevention of environmental criminal offenses"

On February 13, 2024, NSC "Eltutka" of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics held a round table on the topic "Prevention of environmental criminal offenses" within the framework of achieving the 16th goal of the UN SDGs, and in honor of the 90th anniversary of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. 
At the event, members of the Eltutka club Alibi A.,Elgeldi A., Umbet D. Seitkamal B. discussed important aspects of the differentiation of offenses against environmental systems, as well as modern issues of legal protection of nature, man and the environment. At the end of the event, a number of proposals related to the development of environmental legislation were made.
The discussion of the topic of the round table emphasized the importance of in-depth analysis and search for solutions in the field of nature protection aimed at protecting and ensuring the safety of the environment.
