Lecture: "Healthy eating is the key to health"

Asfendiyarova Ph.D. Kainarbaeva M.S. and Premium Member of the National Center for Healthy Nutrition, member of the Committee "Nutriciology" of the Higher School of Public Health, Associate Professor of the Department of "Nutriciology" of the Kazakh National Medical University. S.D. Asfendiyarova Ph.D. Chuenbekova A.B. gave a lecture “Healthy Eating Basics.” During the lecture, students were interested and asked questions: 1. Is it necessary to undergo a full test for products that cannot withstand popularity today, or is it enough to do this only for individual products, such as lactose, coffee? 2. Will the body's reaction to products such as mushrooms change depending on national and geographic factors? 3. In Japan they eat 2 times a day, and in some countries - 5 times, which is correct? 4. What foods are best to eat to prevent various tumors? 5. What foods are best to eat to prevent cardiovascular diseases? The lecturers gave comprehensive answers to all questions. Teachers and students of the medical university also listened with interest to the lectures and asked questions via Zoom. The lecture on healthy eating was very extensive and detailed.
