Thanksgiving Day

On February 29, 2024, 1st year students majoring in “translation in the field of international and legal relations” at the faculty of international relations held  an open curatorial hour on the topic: “Thanksgiving Day”. During the curatorial hour, the students prepared a presentation, a quiz with interesting facts, and conducted a knowledge marathon through the Kahoot platform. On the first day of spring, on March 1, Kazakhstan celebrates Thanksgiving Day. The holiday has been celebrated in the country since 2016 and is timed to coincide with the day of formation of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan.
