On March 14, 2024, at the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law, a scientific seminar was held on the topic: “Property rights and its protection in the field of law” within the framework of the implementation of the UN SDGs (16.3 Promote the rule of law at the national and international levels and ensure for all  equal access to justice).  The speaker was a 1st year master's student, Khangeldina Zaure.  The scientific seminar and discussion was headed by the head of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Labor Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Suleimenova S.Zh.

During a rather informative conversation, the topic of recognition and equal protection of public and private property was presented.  The seminar participants expressed an opinion about openness for foreign citizens in the ability to acquire property at the level of local legislation.  The result of the analysis of information and exchange of opinions was an understanding of how important the authority of a stable awareness of the citizens’ respect for property rights is.  And it is also worth noting that the participants had a new opportunity to look at the impact of international experience in acquiring property rights.
