On 11.03.2024, students of the Department "Archeology, Ethnology and museology" in the Hall of Anthropology of the Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a lecture by Candidate of historical sciences, professional anthropologist Sikhymbaeva Kulan beketaevna. From the teachers, candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor G. A. Meirmanova and Phd, Senior Lecturer A. K. Beisegulova visited the museum and helped to navigate the specifics of the specialty anthropology.
The lecture was based on the anthropological characteristics of people of their time who lived on the lands of Kazakhstan, which changed depending on the region and time of life, climate. In addition, we were also shown sculptures made on the basis of anthropological characteristics of these individuals. Among them were such famous personalities as Abylai Khan, Amir Temir, Keiki Mergen. In addition, we have learned about the four most important branches of Anthropology. An unusual boot was created by the Russian artist N. Pozharsky.
Based on the same data, we were convinced by seeing clear evidence that the peoples and tribes that lived on our land initially became europeoids and over time became Mongoloid races due to known events.
