At the meeting of the 4-section "Modern problems of biotechnology" of the International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Farabi әlemi" 18 reports (16 oral and 2 poster) were heard. From them:

Conference results:

Diploma for the first place in the section "Modern problems of biotechnology" for submission to the diploma of the rector was awarded to the 2nd year master student of Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Nusipov Damir, the theme of the report: "Compost on the basis of low-grade coal and cattle dung, versatile research.

      The diploma for second place in the section: “Modern problems of biotechnology” was awarded to the 2nd year master’s student of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Ermekova Dinara, the topic of the report: “Screening of lactobacilli for the development of symbiotic functional chocolate.”
     The diploma for second place in the section: “Modern problems of biotechnology” was awarded to the 1st year master’s student of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Mambetova Dana, the topic of the report: "Proteasome-dependent degradation of the wheat RHT-1 DELLA protein under the influence of gibberellin".

     The diploma for third place in the section: “Modern problems of biotechnology” was awarded to 4th year student of Alikhan Bokeikhan University Myrzakanov Aldabergen, the topic of the report: "Technology of production of functional sugar-free soft drink prepared on plant basis".
     The diploma for third place in the section: “Modern problems of biotechnology” was awarded to 2nd year student of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Arystanbekuly Birzhan, the topic of the report: “Enhancing low-rank coal utilization via briquetting with microalgae.”
       The diploma for third place in the section: “Modern problems of biotechnology” was awarded to a 4th year student of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Almas Aigerim, the topic of the report: "Choosing optimal conditions for thermophilic bacteria, studying their enzymatic activities."
