The international scientific and practical conference "Criminalistics and Forensic examination in modern conditions (role, significance and prospects of development)" (22nd annual Dzhakishev Readings), dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Law, Professor Yerkin Gazizovich Dzhakishev

On April 5, 2024, the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted the international scientific and practical conference "Criminalistics and Forensic examination in modern conditions (role, significance and prospects of development)" (22nd annual Dzhakishev Readings), dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Law, Professor Yerkin Gazizovich Dzhakishev - one of the founders of the formation and the development of criminology and forensic examination in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The conference, which was held in a hybrid format (online, offline), discussed national and international problems of the development of the science of criminology and forensic expertise, taking into account modern global challenges and threats to the security of the state, society and man.

Doctor of Law, Professor Aminev F.G. (Bashkortostan), Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Zhuk M.G. (Belarus), Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Mushatova G.A., expert Syzdykbekova A.S. and other scientists made interesting and informative reports on new directions in the science of criminаlistics, the development of new methods of conducting forensic research.
