KazNU discussed the role of women in the development of IT sphere

The II International Forum Women in Tech "Artificial Intelligence: Horizons of the Future" was held in Al-Farabi KazNU.

Speaking at the forum, member of the Board - Vice-Rector for scientific and innovation activity of KazNU Zhamila Aitzhanova noted: "Today's forum, held in the framework of celebrating the 90th anniversary of our university, will be not only a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, but also a symbol of the desire for technological development and innovation. In the age of technology, artificial intelligence is considered the most important direction of society development. AI is penetrating all spheres of our life, from healthcare to education, industry and entrepreneurship. A key focus of today's event is to support women, who play a key role in this field and make a special contribution. It's not just experts and academics who are here, but also those who see AI as a means to change the world for the better."

Each year, women and academic leaders in information technology gather at the Woman in Tech Forum to present cutting-edge technology initiatives and share their experiences in the field. Participants include experts from various sectors of the technology industry, including artificial intelligence in medicine, business analytics and big data. The event is aimed at discussing current topics related to the role of women in the world of technology and their contribution to innovation.

In turn, Dara Tumenbaeva, Director of Black Swan Company, noted that in the modern age of technology it is necessary to learn and master various aspects of information technology. Also within the forum, well-known experts Daraja Isabayeva, Myrzabek Kuatbai and others held master classes on expanding creativity through artificial intelligence, mobilography and other issues of shaping a comprehensive and inclusive future in the IT world.
