On the topic "Prerequisites for the formation of Bernard de Mandeville's ethical views within the framework of English philosophical and ethical concerns in the later Renaissance"

On April 10, 2024, as part of the International Farabi Forum a course of lectures was held on the topic "Prerequisites for the formation of Bernard de Mandeville's ethical views within the framework of English philosophical and ethical concerns in the later Renaissance" and a scientific discussion was established with interest to Mandeville's «The Fable of Bees», by Kurban Badritdinuly Shodmonov, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Head of the Department of Bukhara Medical University named after Ibn Sina, invited by the Department of Philosophy for the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science. The event took place in Faculty of Oriental Studies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in room No. 503 named after Mahatma Gandhi. Master's students of the Eurasian National University participated in this event as part of their scientific internship and shared their thoughts on the topic. At the end of the meeting, the head of the philosophy department, Kuranbek Aset Abayuly, was awarded with a special thanks letter and a commemorative photo was taken.
