Collection of humanitarian aid continues in KazNU
Humanitarian aid continues to be collected by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University for the flooded regions.
To date, the university staff has collected more than 3 million tenge to help those affected by the floods. In addition, the humanitarian aid center, which was opened at the university, collected necessary things and goods in the amount of 4 million tenge. These works are still in progress.
The reception center was opened on the initiative of the rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebaev.
The faculty and students of the University are actively participating in the work of providing assistance to the compatriots affected by the floods.
As of today, new clothes, food, personal hygiene products, karemats, blankets, bedding, rubber boots, etc. have been delivered to the Humanitarian Aid Reception Point.
Humanitarian aid will be sent by truck to the affected areas.
Note that for those who wish to provide humanitarian aid, the reception point is open from 09:00 to 17:00. It is located on the campus of KazNU near the Technopark building.
