The Order of Kyrgyzstan "Dostuk" awarded to the Rector of KazNU

By the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov the Chairman of the Board - Rector of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebaev was awarded the Order "Dostuk".

The state award was given to Zhanseit Tuimebaev for his significant contribution to the strengthening of friendship and cooperation between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

It should be noted that the Order "Dostuk" was established by the decree of the President of Kyrgyzstan in August 2017. It is one of the state awards of the first category.

Also, for their contribution to strengthening relations between the two countries based on trust and respect, the Order "Daneker" was awarded to the poet, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kyrgyzstan Mukhtar Shakhanov, and the famous Orientalist, cultural critic Murat Auezov. A number of the country's intellectuals were awarded the "Dostuk" and "Dank" orders, Kazakh pop stars Roza Rymbayeva and Altynbek Korazbayev received the title "People's Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic". In addition, a number of state and public figures were awarded "Dank" medals and certificates of honor of the Kyrgyz Republic.
